It’s very important to follow the instructions below to ensure that your item arrives fully prepped and ready to be signed.

Packing & Shipping Guidelines:

  • Pack your item securely. Avoid using old or compromised boxes, envelopes, or tubes that have already been through the postal system multiple times, as they increase the risk of damage. For valuable items, consider double-boxing or double-tubing.
  • Clearly label your item. The back of each item must have your order number and the full name used to place the order. A Post-it Note (not the Super Sticky version) is ideal, as off-brand sticky notes may fall off.
  • Specify signing preferences. Each item should include clear instructions for ink color and placement. This can be done with a simple Post-it Note and an arrow indicating your preference. If no request is made, we will use our best judgment. Purchased add-ons such as Personalization, Character Name, or Quotes should also be indicated.
  • Be mindful of adhesive damage. If you print your own photos at home, test whether a sticky note may damage the finish before applying it to the front.
  • Insurance considerations. If you need insurance on your Send-In item, you must purchase it when shipping your item to us. We will insure outgoing shipments for the order amount only. If additional coverage is required, please email us at [email protected] before we ship your item back.
  • Oversized/heavy packaging fees. If your item is sent in a package that exceeds standard dimensions or weight, additional shipping & handling fees may apply for return shipment.
  • Prohibited items. The use of GPS trackers is strictly prohibited. If a tracker is discovered, it will be deactivated and discarded to ensure the safety of our staff and contracted talent.

Send-In Policy:

By placing an order for a Send-In item, you are electronically agreeing to the following terms & conditions:

  • We or the signing talent reserve the right to refuse any Send-In item for any reason, including objectionable items or those not listed as acceptable options when placing your order. If you are unsure, please email us at [email protected] before sending in your item. Non-approved items will be returned at your expense, with only the signing fee refunded.
  • While we do our best to honor ink color and placement requests, we are not responsible for variations in signature location, color selection, or any talent’s choice to sign in an alternate spot.
  • We are not responsible for pen issues such as smudging, feathering, or other mishaps during signing.
  • Every effort is made to handle your item with care. However, we are not liable for any damage that may occur during handling before, during, or after the signing process.
  • We are not responsible for damage or loss during transit to us or on the return trip to you.
